My toe-nails are ALWAYS painted. Even in the dead of winter, they look good. Even if everything else is out of place and disheveld, I know that my toes look good!
And I always wear mascara and lip gloss - C.O. Bigelow Mentha-Shine is my favorite - just a hint of color.

I envy your nicely painted toes;0. Mine have been the same color for about uh...a month and don't look that pretty but, I can't seem to make time to repaint them! haha. I am totally with you on the lip gloss though! ME too!! ;0
