As if we didn't have enough stuff going on at the Moore household - we are getting new floors! Ok, I should clarify; I am getting new floors and Duffy is doing all the work! All the carpet has been ripped out of the living and dining rooms and we' lived with the sub-floor for over a week.
Duffy worked on the floors in the afternoons and evenings this past week and we are on the home stretch. He has to finish the hallway and then it's just some trim pieces to install. He has done an amazing job and I LOVE how they look! It makes our rooms feel bigger (which in our house, is a good thing!) and now I'm on the search for the perfect area rug for the center of the living room.
Next comes painting and moving the girls back to the big bedroom!
